She had been to her dentist and was given some medications, it subsided and again showed up again. She had a history of trauma to the anterior teeth several years ago and had a fixed partial denture made too. We did a surgical excision under local anesthesia with a palatal devolving incision. Patient went home the same day. Sutures will not need to be removed.
