Breakfast: Makes 4 servings Calories Per 210g baked oats & 1 cup unsweetened soy milk Calories 603, Protein: 43g, Carbs: 64g, Fat: 21g 2 cups GF rolled oats 5 scoops of Sprout living Vanilla protein powder (Save 20% off using my code) 1.5 cup unsweetened soy milk 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust per taste) 1/3 (100ml) cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp ground flax seeds pinch of salt 1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix everything in a baking dish. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes. For Topping: 30g powdered peanut butter mixed in water. Once baked oats have cooled down, drizzle PB on top and serve. Lunch: Recipe makes 2 servings Calories per 465g Tofu with onion/bell pepper, 2 slices of bread Calories:604, Protein: 42g, Carbs: 53g, Fat: 25g 1 block 350g extra firm tofu pressed, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1.5 tsp corn starch. Air fry for 10 minutes. 2 large size onion thinly sliced 1 red bell pepper Naked & Saucy Sweet Garlic Sauce (4 tbsp) 1 tbsp coconut secrets Teriyaki sauce (optional) 2 tbsp water to dilute sauce salt per taste 7-8 sprays of Avo oil to help caramelize onion. Use a good non-stick pan so you don't have to use lot of oil. Feel free to add extra veggies on the side for more food volume. Dessert/Snack: calories for 1 apple donut (65g) serving: Calories: 117, Protein 2g, Carbs: 23g, Fat: 4g 2 apples 160g medjool dates 70g dark chocolate 2 tbsp almond butter (2 tbsp water) to help with blending dates and almond butter. Spread date caramel evenly on all sliced apples. Sprinkle some sea salt. Freeze for 1-2 hours. After 1-2 hours, remove from freezer. Melt dark choc in microwave and dunk each slice in dark choc one by one. Transfer back to freezer for 1 hour. Enjoy. Refrigerate the the rest in a plastic container in the freezer. Fettuccine makes 4 servings Calories per 400g serving: Calories: 479, Protein: 45g, Carbs:34g, Fat:18g 200g dry soybean fettuccine (cooked/drained/rinsed) 1 extra firm tofu crumbled, season with salt, garlic powder. Air fry for 10 minutes at 400F. 2 large leeks 8 cloves of minced garlic 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil to sauté leeks in 2 tsp vegetable bouillon mixed in 1 cup hot water For Sauce: 1 block of soft silken tofu. zest of a lemon juice of 1 lemon 1-2 tsp maple syrup salt per taste 1/4 cup nutritional yeast Blend sauce ingredients in a blender. Keep aside. Once leeks have cooked down. Add veggie broth, air fried tofu, cooked fettucine and pour sauce on top. Incorporate everything nicely and serve.
