Why do I make videos of SICS? Thousands of Govt Hospitals in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Burma, Bhutan etc have no facilities for Phacosurgeries. Some hospitals have machines which are out of order because of neglected service. All freshly passed-out residents are posted (bond posting) in these hospitals where they have to do SICS. Thousands of eye surgeons work in these hospitals and they become compelled to do SICS. If they know this Technique well, millions of cataract blind patients will get good vision. With this thought in the back of my mind I make some videos of SICS.
