In this video I want to show you the power of setting an intention. To do this exercise you will need to have a goal in mind. Your intent is to achieve this goal. So when you get up in the morning you say to yourself,. “Today I am going to have a great day. I am going to squeeze the juice from each and every moment and this is going to be the best day of my life.” Basically what you need to do is to hold a conversation with yourself using questions, statements and commands which lead you towards the achievement of your outcomes. That is, what could you say to yourself and others that would help you to get your outcomes? Listen to what others say and model out their language patterns. Write down the questions, statements and commands and then say them to self and/or others. So you get two lists: One is a list of words that you say to yourself.
