Restaurant Style Homemade Mini Paneer Sizzler | घर पर बनाएं आसान पनीर सिज़लर

Welcome to my channel. Today we are going to make a super delicious & flavourful meal. This sizzler recipe includes making yummy corn rice, sauteeing veggies, grilling paneer, making a sizzler sauce and Vishesh Tippani to getting the perfect sizzle. All you need is - For the Herbed Rice- • 2 tsp oil • 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped • 1 small onion, finely chopped • 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn • Salt and pepper, to taste • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tbsp chopped parsley / coriander • 1 cup boiled basmati rice, cooled to room temperature For the sauce- • 1 tsp oil • 3-4 cloves of garlic, chopped • 1/2 tsp grated ginger • 1 green chilli, chopped • 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce • 2 tbsp light soy sauce • 1/2 cup water • 2 tsp cornflour mixed with 1tbsp water • Chopped coriander • Salt and pepper, to taste For the sauteed vegetables - • 1 tsp oil • 1 tsp butter • 4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips • 1/4 cup carrots, cut lengthwise • 1/4 cup babycorn, sliced diagonally • 1/4 cup french beans, cut lengthwise • 8-10 broccoli florets, blanched • Salt and pepper, to taste • Chilli flakes, to taste For the grilled paneer- • 200g paneer • Salt and Pepper • 2 tsp oil Others- Cabbage leaves, for assembly Frozen butter cubes Method- For the Herbed Rice- 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add in garlic and onion, saute well for 3-4 mins. Once the onions turn translucent, add in the corn, herbs, spices and seasonings. 2. Give a good mix. Add in rice and combine it well. 3. Cook for 2 mins and remove from flame. Set aside. For the sauteed vegetables - 1. Heat oil and butter in a pan, add garlic. Saute for 1/2 a min and then add in all the veggies. 2. Saute and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Toss it well. 3. Remove and set aside. For the sauce- 1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, chillies and garlic. Saute for ½ a minute and then add in the sauces along with cornflour slurry. 2. Cook for a few mins until the sauce thickens slightly. 3. Finish with coriander leaves, remove from flame and set aside. For the Grilled paneer- 1. Cut the paneer into desired shape and size. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Now, heat oil in a grilling pan and place the paneer Grill it well from both sides. 4. Remove and set aside. For Assembly - 1. Heat the Sizzler plate on high flame for atleast 10 mins, Brush it with Oil 2. Best is to assemble the sizzler while the plate is on the gas itself. 3. Place some cabbage leaves at the bottom 4. For the sizzle, add some water and oil mixture on the wooden tray before placing the hot plate. 5. Now, brush the hot plate with some oil and place the cabbage leaves, followed by all the components - sauteed veggies, herbed rice and grilled paneer on the sizzler plate. Finish with the sauce and add a small piece of Frozen Butter cubes right before serving. 6. Serve hot and Enjoy! Vishesh Tippani- ✓ Do not over cook the veggies. ✓ Do not make the sauce super thick, add corn flour little by little. ✓ Do not over cook the paneer - 2 mins on each side is good to just soften it & it will be warm ✓ Heat sizzler plate for 7 to 8 mins directly on the flame before assembly. ✓ Rice must be cooled to room temperature before adding.
