It took them so long to come out of the terminal bc they were still busy retrieving luggage. Irene came out first followed by Yeri. We began waving at them and Irene smiled back at us while Yeri waved back. The 3 other members come out a few seconds later. Seulgi blended in with her cap and mask but also waved back after I called out to her twice. They took the airtrain to another terminal to check in to their connecting flight back to Korea. We tried waiting for HyoYul but after it seemed like they weren’t coming we headed over to the other terminal as well. Our first instinct was to look at the check in counter and almost missed Joy and Yeri who were sitting behind us. They were really nice and signed stuff for us (I didn’t have anything worthy enough for them to sign but was content with just looking at them smiling 😊). Both of them were not wearing their shoes properly... 🤦‍♀️😂 When they finished signing for us, the people sitting next to Yeri were talking to her, they were probably intrigued as to why we were so giddy about them scribbling on colorful albums. We stepped away to give them space and just kinda watched them from afar. Seulgi had her back to us and was leaning on a pole by the check in counter. Wendy was sitting in the floor next to her and eventually Seulgi sits down next to her too. At one point, a Korean family with a child sits down next to Yeri and JoyRi were so happy about it. Yeri was patting the little boy’s head and it was like watching a child and a smaller child uwu adorable. JoyRi waved bye to us when their check in process was completed and walked over to join Seuldy. I kept waving at Seulgi and after saying bye to her, she also begins to wave back at us. They all walk to the back (somehow Irene joined them but idk where she appeared from lol) and attempt to wait for the elevator. But it took too long so they walked around and went upstairs to eat. I saw Irene walking around with a tray of food but seconds later she goes back downstairs to pass through the security gates; she probably just helped her members carry the food over to their table. She was walking around with a massage stick, a bottle of chocolate nesquick, and a bag of candy. A couple of minutes later the other members also head on through the security gates.
