Spiky-eared Pichu: Trapped Forever in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver

My favorite event Pokemon is actually just TWO PICHUS who are TRAPPED in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Well, at least the spiky eared Pichu is. But that's the iconic one!! Basically, you know event Pokemon, right? My favorite event has been this Spiky Eared Pichu event that happened around 2010 which involved going to Gamestop with a copy of Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum and receiving a special shiny Pichu, officially known as the special Pikachu colored Pichu. Once you had that, you would get it into HeartGold or SoulSilver, travel to Ilex Forest, and visit the shrine. The useless shrine! I used a clip from DidYouKnowGaming? of an interview discussing this, it is from this video: Legendary Pokemon    • Legendary Pokemon   Once you arrived with your shiny, the Pikachu colored Pichu, the Spiky Eared Pichu would run out and the event would trigger. And ta da! Another special Pichu. One that couldn't evolve or move games. :') RIP. But even so, this still sticks out in memory, and I can remember it fondly.
