Five thousand students at the University of Kent have begun receiving meningitis jabs after an outbreak of the deadly disease in the county. Another five cases were reported today, taking the total number of cases to 20, while a second university confirmed one of their students has been infected. Two students have already died since the outbreak began, which is being linked to a nightclub in Canterbury. The Prime Minister offered his "deepest condolences" to the pair - and also called on anyone who attended the club earlier this month to come forward to receive antibiotics. Meanwhile, on Good Morning Britain, Health Secretary Wes Streeting said there is "plenty of stock of vaccine supply in the country", as he sought to reassure the public after some pharmacists warned of shortages. Also on the programme: Oil and gas prices have jumped again after Israel attacked an Iranian gas field. The head of Senegal's football association has said it will appeal a decision to strip the country of its Africa Cup of Nations title. And, Wales will become the first nation in the UK to ban greyhound racing, after members of the Senedd backed a bill to make the practise illegal.
