Join me in my studio for a calming 5 minute routine, perfect for soothing backstage nerves, warming up, or as a break to refocus a frazzled mind. Gentle buzzing is a great way to wake up the lips and air before our practice. I put my limited piano skills to work for this video, and recorded us a track to keep us going. Starting your day with gentle buzzing will keep you strong and in shape, and forms the foundation of our brass practice routine.
