Our mission is to build mental fitness from the grassroots up to help prevent mental illness and reduce suicide across Australia. We do this via our program partners who deliver mental health workshops in school, sports clubs and community groups. Our signature fundraising event is the annual Head Above Water 24 Hour Swim at Collaroy Rockpool on Sydney's Northern Beaches which runs in March each year.
