What do we eat in a day of van life? Welcome back to the channel ya kookz! In today's episode, we are going to be sharing with you kookz what we eat in a day! If you have been following the Vankookz channel for a while you know we don't mess around when it comes to food and nutrition. Today is all about where to park and what to eat. In this episode, we show you how to cook two meals. The first is our go-to break/fast. We intermittent fast every day and usually have breakfast around 12/1pm. This is a very easy dish to make and even easier to clean. For dinner, we get a bit more complex and utilize the power outlets for cooking with our instant pot in the parking lot we were in for the day. We love cooking in the instant pot and we recommend on to any van lifer with ample power supply.
