Hi there! The cherry blossom buds are finally starting to ermerge. In a couple weeks it will be full blown cherry blossom heaven out here! I bought a new pan from a Korean ironcraft company called Anseong Foundy. It's made of iron and it really high quality. I made the most delicous mini pancakes in my new pan. I don't know why but mini foods just taste better. I topped it with strawberries, blueberries, jasmine infused maple syrup, butter, and peanut butter.
