Necessary products: 400 g of pork loin (4 steaks of 100 g each) 250 g of mushrooms, cut into thin slices 1/2 onion, finely chopped 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 50 ml. White wine 20 ml. soy sauce 40 g of cow butter 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped Flour for rolling Salt Pepper Thyme Oil Method of preparation: Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Roll them in flour and tap off the excess flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the steaks until golden on both sides. Remove the steaks from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add a little more fat and fry the onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry until soft. Pour in the white wine and soy sauce, mix and add 500 ml. water. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Return the steaks to the pan and simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 20 minutes. If desired, you can thicken the sauce with flour. Turn off the stove. Sprinkle with parsley and add the knobs of butter. Stir gently to melt the butter and make the sauce glossy. Serve the steaks topped with the sauce. Enjoy your meal!
