"Más" Music Video | AI GENERATIVE VIDEO | Music by Jorge Espino/Vocals by Selene.

I decided to go all in on a slightly longer format, with A LOT more edits than my previous AI experiments and actually try to tell a story. I have the fortune of having a very talented friend called Jorge Espino who composed this song called “Más” with vocals by Selene and thought it would be the perfect soundtrack for what I wanted to accomplish. With this project I learned a lot of what to do and what not to do, primarily related to workflow and time economy with all the renders, processing, uprezzing to 4k, etc. The video is 98% Midjourney to Gen2, but I do use a couple of seconds of stock footage from Pexels (credit to Mikhail Nilov) and Storyblocks processed through Kaiber. I used Leia Pix converter for a quick shot because Gen2 doesn’t like bloody soldiers, the other 2 were the spaceship at the end to give it some slight perspective shifts as it flies through the mountains. Some of the things I learned are: #1. Midjourney is amazing but not perfect. Sometimes it’s just easier to go to #2. Photoshop Beta is your friend. This thing is amazing. I was able to add arms, hair, guns, etc. where I didn’t have any. Again… This thing is amazing. #3. In my experience, Gen2 struggles with coherence if the faces are not close enough on the reference frame. Good for shape-shifting monsters, bad for telling a story. Also, adding grain to your source Midjourney image helps in Gen2. #4 Insight Face Swapper is also your friend. #5 Happy accidents happen in Gen2. Use them! I know it’s not the best, but I hope you enjoy it...
