Ingredients 1 Box of Trader Joe's Miso Ginger Broth -- $2.49 1 Package of Trader Joe's Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons -- $3.49 1 Package of Shiitake Mushrooms (or your preferred mushroom) -- $3.29 1 Package of Baby Bok Choy Washed and cut in 1inch pieces. -- $1.99 2 Green Onions Sliced -- $1.29 (for 8 onions) 1 tsp Chili Onion Crunch or Sriracha (optional) Directions Clean the Baby Bok Choy and Green Onions. Wipe the mushrooms with a clean damp papertowel. Remove and disrcard the mushroom stem. Slice the mushrooms into strips and set aside. Slice the green onions, the white and light green pieces will go in the soup. The dark green slices with be for garnish. Cut the baby Bok Choy into 1 inch pieces, the leaves can be larger. Pour the Miso Ginger Broth, vegetables, and wontons into a pot and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Before enjoying garnish with green onions and drizzle some chili onion crunch or sriracha on top!
