I Know You Love Me by: Shari Sheehan

We were deeply honored to host Shari Sheehan and witness the re-debut of her song “I Know You Love Me.” This marks only the second time this song has ever been performed live since she wrote it, and we do not take lightly the blessing of sharing this moment here at the mission. There was a powerful sense of God’s presence as the words were sung, reminding us of His faithfulness and unwavering love. Scripture tells us, “We love because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19), and that truth was beautifully echoed through every lyric. We are sincerely thankful to Shari for coming, for trusting us with this sacred moment, and for using her God-given gift to minister to hearts in such a beautiful way. As Psalm 33:3 says, “Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy,” and that is exactly what took place—worship offered from a sincere heart, lifting up the name of the Lord and encouraging all who were present.
