Recipe: Stuffed Bangda Fry Serves 4 Preparation Time:45 mins Cooking Time:16 mins Ingredients: 1) 4 Bangda fish (Indian Mackerel). Make 3-4 gashes on top surface of the fish and a pocket cut at sides. 2) 1 lime juice 3) 1 tbsp turmeric powder 4) 10-12 curry leaves 5) 5 green chilies 6) 3/4 th cup fresh coriander leaves (cilantro) 7) Ginger root of length 2 inches 8) 15-20 cloves of garlic 9) 1/2 cup semolina 10) 1/3rd cup rice flour 11) 3 tbsp red chili powder 12) Cooking Oil 13) Salt Steps: 1) Let's start with marination.Put turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, lime juice. 2) Apply them on the fish from all sides.Let them rest for 15 minutes. 3) Make a green masala paste for stuffing 4) Put coriander leaves in a grinder jar. Add curry leaves, green chilies,garlic, ginger slices, 1/2 tsp salt. Add water and form a thick and fine paste. 5) After Fish has been marinated for 15 minutes, Let's stuff the fish with the green masala. Fill the pockets with the green masala. 6) Ensure that the green paste is not watery. Do not overstuff the fish pockets. Refrigerate fish for 30 minutes. 7) After 30 minutes,take fish out from refrigerator and prepare a dry mixture for coating the fish. 8) Take rice flour. Add red chili powder, semolina, 1 tsp salt. Mix all the ingredients 9) Meanwhile heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan for shallow frying.Coat the fish from all sides. 10) Fry the fish on low flame on each side till it becomes crisp. 11) After 4 minutes, flip over to fry fish from other side. Fry till crisp. 12) Remove fish from the pan when it gets fried from both sides Prepare this delicious stuffed Bangda fry as starter for parties.
