How it works: The cauliflower is lightly cooked, then coated in eggs, seasoning, and a flavorful breadcrumb mixture with fresh herbs and cheddar cheese. Finally, it’s baked in the oven until golden and crispy. I love serving it with a fresh yogurt-lemon sauce, which makes it even more irresistible! Why you’ll love it: ✅ Healthy & wholesome ✅ Oven-baked (no frying!) ✅ Quick & easy ✅ Kid-approved ✅ Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or light meal Ingredients: For the cauliflower: • 1 head cauliflower • 3 eggs • Salt & black pepper, to taste • Breadcrumbs • Fresh parsley, chopped • Cheddar cheese, 100 g, grated For the yogurt-lemon sauce: • 150 g yogurt • Fresh parsley, chopped • Lemon juice, to taste • Salt & black pepper, to taste . Garlic Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Lightly cook the cauliflower (steam or boil for15 minutes). 3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt & pepper. 4. Mix breadcrumbs with parsley and grated cheddar cheese . 5. Dip each cauliflower piece in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking tray. 6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and crispy. 7. Mix yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and garlic for the dipping sauce. 8.
