Hi, This video is about Mango-Coconut Cream Jelly. You can use serving size containers or firm it in a bigger container and cut it into small pieces to serve. Detailed explanation of this recipe: In a pot mix 1 cup water and 2 tbsp Gelatin. Boil the mixture and continuously stir it. Make sure the gelatin does not form a thick layer in bottom of the pan. Add 1/2 cup sugar Add 1 cup of Mango pulp. Let it boil, once it comes to a full boil turn the heat off and keep stiring. Keep it aside to cool off. Once the mango mixture is lukewarm (not hot), pour it in a container or serving size containers as I did in the video. You can also use shot glasses for this. Put the containers in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until its set. I used 2/3rd of the Mango mixture and saved 1/3 for later use. In a clean pot, 1/3 cup water and 1 and 1/4 tbsp Gelatin. Boil the mixture and continuously stir it. Make sure the gelatin doe snot form a thick layer in bottom of the pan. Add 2/3rd cup Coconut cream and 1/3 cup sugar, you can substitute with dairy cream. Boil the mixture, stir it well. Once its lukewarm, gently pour over the mango jelly. Jelly goes back in the fridge to set. Once the second layer sets, use the left over Mango mixture, if by now this mango mixture has solidified, you can heat it for few minutes. Pour the mango jello over the coconut cream jello. Put the containers in the fridge for few hours before serving. You will love this Mango and coconut cream combination, its summery and delicious. Its also very pretty looking dessert. You can make it a a day or two in advance for parties and get together. PS: For vegetarian, please use AGAR-AGAR instead of regular gelatin. #mangococonutjello #coconutmangojello #lunacooks
