The new blood vessels and the ureters are joined to the kidney. The kidneys are placed in the lower abdomen, normally the kidneys are there in the back side, but the transplanted kidneys are placed in the lower abdomen in the groin region. Both the arteries, the veins are that are anastomosed to the respective blood vessels in the lower abdomen, that is the blood supply which is gong to the limb. The ureter is directly anastomosed to the bladder. So by doing that we can actually make the kidney very comfortable in access and in case of future biopsies , everything can be done easily.
