With the help of my beautiful 10 year old son as a cameraman I could film this awesome training with the guys at the old Strongfit HQ. Full workout description at the end We start of with an exploration with the Strongfit Oblique Opener. Then we wake up the Psoas with Psoas Raises. From there we get moving with a 5 movements, 2 rounds, 45/15. Followed by Sled Presses, Rope Pulls, Pit Shark Deadlifts and Squats. We do one set of max distance Sandbag walk to finish it of. All the exercises have constraints built in.
