Abstract: This talk will first set the scene by giving you some AI/ML terminology and some reasons why VMware Cloud Foundation is useful to data scientists in their daily work. The webinar explores rapid provisioning of data scientist environments, whether for model experimentation in an AI Workstation or for more scale-out to production using an AI Kubernetes cluster. Both of these are provisioned in an automated way by the VMware Private AI Foundation with NVIDIA tooling. We also look at Day 2 operations, where the system administrator wants to know the consumption of their collection of GPUs by the developers and data scientists. We conclude by linking those two deployments, the Deep Learning VM and the AI Kubernetes cluster with a model repository for safe keeping of validated models. You will leave this talk with the ability to have an initial conversation about deploying the VMware Private AI Foundation with NVIDIA advanced service at your own premises.
