Pelin and Feraye go to Aliye and others and wish Tuğçe a speedy recovery. Then they say they've seen Serdar downstairs. Aliye is very surprised to heart that. She thanks Feraye and Pelin for coming, says they shouldn't exhaust themselves waiting there, and sees them off. Gonca goes to Serdar and warns him, but Serdar refuses to leave the hospital. Gonca eventually convinces him to go, though just barely. Erkut goes to Nejdet, says he's sorry for not being with them when Tuğçe was shot, and inquires about her situation, but Nejdet says he will be calling him to account for it later on, then adds that they also have other things to talk about. When Erkut sees Gonca talking to Serdar, he warns, and tells her to stay away from Serdar. Right then Tülay brings Zeynep to the hospital, and Erkut is shocked to see her blacked out. After the blood tests, Kenan gets permission from the doctor to visit Tuğçe in the ICU. While she's asleep, he apologizes to her for not being able to protect her. When the test results arrive, doctor calls Kenan to his office alone to talk about the results. He tells Kenan that his and Tuğçe's blood don't match, and that he cannot possibly be Tuğçe's father. Kenan is shocked, but the doctors have already arranged for blood they need from some other source. Arzu goes to Kenan and asks him why the doctor wanted to talk alone. She's afraid that Kenan might have found out about Tuğçe not being his daughter, but Kenan doesn't say anything. Then Nejdet arrives and tells them the doctor wants to talk to them before the operation. Tülay tells the doctors that Zeynep's received a blow to the head, but doesn't tell them that they've been attacked. When she goes out for the registration procedures, Erkut comes in. After seeing Feraye and Pelin out, Aliye sees Zeynep, and with her Erkut. Right then the nurse comes in and says the baby's fine, and asks if Erkut is the baby's father. Erkut says he is. Aliye is shocked to hear this. When she sees Tülay she asks what the problem is. Tülay tells her that Zeynep had some pain and fainted because of it, but adds that both her grandchild and the mother is fine. But Aliye thinks Zeynep is having an affair with Erkut, and is very angry at her. When Zeynep wakes up, she sees Aliye and Tülay waiting by her side. She thinks Aliye's angry demeanor is because of Murat's and Veysel's involvement in Tuğçe's shooting. Tülay tells Aliye that she will take Zeynep to the farm and take care of her. On their way out, they ask the nurse whether they should do anything special. The nurse tells them that all she has to do is simply to rest. Then she says she's explained everything to the baby's fine to the baby's father too. They are stunned and shocked to hear this. When they get out, and Zeynep sees Erkut, she realizes that it was Erkut who said to the doctors that he was the baby's father. When an angry Zeynep tries to catch him, Tülay tells her to keep calm and stops her. When everyone goes to the hospital, Seher takes advantage of this and goes through Arzu's room in an effort to learn something new.
