Medicare Supplement plans, also known as Medigap plans, are notoriously difficult to switch in most states if you have poor health. There are currently 34 states that do NOT have favorable switching laws. There are several states that have proposed law changes to open up your ability to change supplement plans without the fear of denial. This video goes over some of the new laws that are being put into place and laws that are being proposed.
