For this episode, we embarked on an EPIC CHEAT DAY where I LOST MY ABS IN 6 HOURS! Steven, a long-time friend and semiregular guest star, suggested that we should head over to the East side of Singapore for a cheat day as there are many malls in close proximity there. Beginning at Tampines 1 and ending at Waterway Point, I ate 12 dishes from 4 different malls, resulting in a massive 7-inch increase in waist circumference. What I ate: 1. White Sands Men Men Don Don - Katsu Don Gao Peng Cuisine - Paradise Fried Rice Penang Culture - Malacca King Prawn Seafood Beehoon 4. My normally visible abdominals gave way to a turgid and swollen belly. However, it allowed me to satisfy my cravings in between my usually strict dieting between shoots.
