I think I might have found the best budget hotel in Chiang Mai's Old City. Last month I was in Chiang Mai's Nimman neighborhood. This month I am in the Old City of Chiang Mai. The hotel I am staying at is called Parasol Inn and it's in the heard of Chiang Mai's Old City. Chiang Mai's famous night market happens right in front of this hotel every Sunday.
