Padmashri BV Doshi, an architect par-excellence and among the founding body of School of Architecture, Ahmedabad, shared an intimate relationship with the legendary artist Piraji Sagara. On the eve of the 'Remembering Piraji' show he shares with us deep and personal insights about Piraji's life and work. "Piraji represented an artist community for whom art was about expression more than anything else. He didn't make art to exhibit but to express." reminisces Doshi. He further adds, "These artworks on display at KCA, are some of the rarest works of Piraji, these are like his personal diary. No one has ever seen these before.
