I create slow, nervous-system-informed yoga practices for people who want to feel safe, grounded, and at home in their bodies. This class invites you to move with awareness, breathe consciously, and give your nervous system permission to settle. This practice is especially supportive if you: feel anxious, overwhelmed, or overstimulated prefer gentle yoga over intense or fast-paced classes want to calm your nervous system without pushing or forcing are looking for a soft, mindful way to reconnect with yourself Through slow transitions, longer pauses, and breath-guided movement, this flow supports your nervous system in shifting toward a calmer, more regulated state. There is no goal to achieve here — only an invitation to listen, soften, and be with what is. ✨ This is a practice for slowing down, not fixing yourself.
