BEGINNER RUNNING VLOG ✍️ Today’s Run Note I’m finally back in Korea from LA. After struggling with all the traffic lights and cars in the city, it felt so incredibly good to be back on a wide, straight path again. I was so happy and caught up in the moment that I forgot about my injury and started picking up the pace. Before I knew it, the pain started creeping back up, and I realized I had pushed too hard. It was a wake-up call for me. From now on, I’m going to cap my runs at 6km and carefully monitor the pain levels every day. I need to be more mindful of my recovery and not let my excitement override my health. Thank you for another day of running. Wishing you happiness and love in your life.
