Season chicken. Slice onion and potatoes. Grease baking dish with olive oil. Layer chicken, onion, potatoes. Mix cream, eggs, seasoning, curry. Pour over. Bake 40 minutes. Add cheese and tomato. Bake 10 more minutes. Optional: grill 2–3 minutes until golden. 🌶 2️⃣ Sweet Chili Chicken with Vegetables Ingredients: 300 g chicken breast Sweet paprika 1 tbsp cornstarch Salt & black pepper Vegetable oil 1 onion 1 bell pepper ½ hot pepper 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 1 garlic clove Fresh parsley Instructions: Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, cornstarch. Fry until lightly golden. Add onion, cook until soft. Add peppers, cook 1–2 minutes. Mix soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, ketchup, chili sauce. Pour into pan, add garlic. Cook 2 minutes until glossy. Finish with parsley. 🥒 3️⃣ Oven-Baked Chicken with Zucchini & Potatoes Ingredients: Chicken breast Potatoes Zucchini 2 cloves garlic Olive oil Salt 2 eggs 200 ml cream Italian herbs Black pepper 2 tomatoes Fresh parsley Instructions: Slice chicken and vegetables. Add garlic, salt, olive oil. Mix. Whisk eggs with cream and seasoning. Layer in baking dish. Pour cream mixture. Add tomatoes. Bake at 230°C / 430°F for 45 minutes total. Sprinkle parsley. 🥣 4️⃣ Healthy Yogurt Chicken Bake Ingredients: Chicken breast Zucchini 2 tomatoes 200 ml Greek yogurt 4 tbsp ketchup Salt Black pepper Dried garlic 120 g mozzarella Instructions: Finely chop chicken. Season. Slice zucchini and tomatoes. Mix yogurt with ketchup and seasoning. Layer chicken and vegetables. Pour sauce over. Bake 40 minutes at 180°C / 380°F. Add mozzarella. Bake 20 more minutes. 🧀 5️⃣ Stuffed Chicken Breast + Warm Veggie Salad Ingredients: Stuffed Chicken: Chicken fillet Salt & black pepper Italian herbs Olive oil 8 slices cheese 4 slices ham Tomato slices Warm Salad: 1 eggplant Olive oil 1 onion ½ lemon ½ tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 150 g cherry tomatoes 100 g feta 2 garlic cloves Fresh parsley Instructions: Score and season chicken. Stuff with cheese, ham, tomato. Bake 30 minutes at 200°C / 400°F. For salad: Cook eggplant. Marinate onion with lemon, salt, sugar. Add tomatoes, feta, garlic, parsley.
