Found INDIYA in SERBIA 😳| Indian Med Student Abroad | University of Novi Sad 🇷🇸

Hey everyone I am finally done with my 1st semester exams of my Med School in Serbia. After the exam I was just having normal conversation with my friends suddenly a lightning idea strikes into my head. I convince my friends to come along with me. Luckily they agreed and we went to explore a new city, unplanned. There is a place called Indiya located in between two major cities Novi Sad and Belgrade. We were excited to see the place, how it looks like, so we hopped on the train got there. It was a short 22 mins train ride. After reaching there we found the city almost empty, like no one was visible on the streets just few cars. Google showed us the population density of around 45k individuals. It’s very clean, peaceful and beautiful city. We didn’t had much time to spend there as we directly went after our exam, it was already 3 PM by the time we reached Indiya and the sun sets at 4:30 PM. So we had to make it quick. I found a picture on google but didn’t know about the location and place name, we asked some locals about that place and kept on moving forward. After walking for around 5 kms we found the exact spot and we were so happy that we made it to that place before sunset. Got some photographs there and moved back towards city. As the sun sets, temperature also decreases gradually. It was getting worse, we had time for our train back to Novi Sad so went to a restaurant and spent almost an hour there. The city at night looked completely different still empty but very beautiful especially the Vojvode stepe street 🤩. That street took all my heart. I would definitely go back there in summers to spend some more time 😌.
