We disconnected and removed a mixed Carrier & Rheem 5 ton central AC system and installed the Bosch IDS 2.0 5 ton inverter system. The size of the new Bosch BVA air handler was identical to the Carrier, which helped tremendously. To make out refrigeration connections we used Harris Stay-Brite #8 Silver Bearing Solder instead of brazing the connections.
