Here’s the current condition of my 30 years old (2023) National F-ES 402, featuring 3 hours timer and 5-ways oscillation. She’s living in the family room of my parent’s house. As you can see, the speed buttons has yellowed a bit, but the rest of her still as good as new. This fan is one of the most favorite and powerful fans for me. I got her in New Old Stock/New in Box condition at an online shop called “OLX” around 2017. She’s been in the box since the year she was produced, 1993 (Sorry I can’t preview the full box because it’s stacked with another boxes). Unlike her successor model, she has an electric cable on her bottom base which makes it prone to being bitten by rats or floods. In terms of quality, this fan has thicker materials, sturdier, and way more powerful than Matsushita’s current successor brands, such as KDK and Panasonic.
