Video showing the manufacture of the MultiPanel LED/Switch test panels using our own in house pick and place machine. On this video you can see four panels being assembled in one operation. At the beginning observe the microscope camera checking the fiducials (corner marks) on each board. This is then used to compute any misalignment adjustment required before placing any parts. Observe the accuracy of the resistors and LEDs. Each pick is preceded by the camera observing the component in the feeder before picking it, allowing for any offset to be corrected.
