✏工具tool Winsornewton First time painting from a real-life photo with gouache! I picked this cozy scene of an old water vat surrounded by moss and grass. To capture that lush, all-over green, I layered multiple shades of green paint—but after finishing, I realized the distant grass lacked proper depth and contrast, making the sense of space feel a bit flat. Still, seeing those rich, vibrant greens bloom on the paper filled me with such a satisfying sense of accomplishment!
