Perfect for fish lovers and anyone who enjoys homestyle cooking with a vibe 🌆🐟 If you like this video, don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more food and city-view cooking videos! and if you dont like it plese give your feedback so we can improve next time and help me and my wife to grow this channel thanks 🐟 Ingredients (with quantities) Katla Fish – 4 pieces Vegetable Oil – 1–2 teaspoons Onion – 1 medium (finely sliced) Garlic - 5-6 cloves (optional) Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – ½ teaspoon (adjust to taste) Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon Green Chilies – 5-6 (slit) Salt – to taste Water – 1 cup (or as needed for gravy) Fresh Coriander – for garnish (optional) 🍳 Cooking Steps (Short) Heat 1–2 teaspoons vegetable oil in a pan. Lightly fry the katla fish with turmeric and salt. Keep aside. In the same oil, add onions and sauté until golden. Add ginger & garlic paste, then all dry spices. Add water and let the gravy cook well. Add fried fish pieces and simmer for 5–7 minutes. Garnish and enjoy with rice 🍚
