Megan Linford - River Flow Live Session at The Square Tower, Old Portsmouth

Megan and her band; Charles Harris, Jack Beech and Kris Walden perform the title track from Megan's 2nd EP 'Rhiver' in live session at The Square Tower in Portsmouth. Megan Linford is a 20 Year old Modern folk artist from the South of England. Megan began performing her own material in 2013, playing all over her hometown of Portsmouth and across the South. Influenced heavily by the music of various female folk artits such as; Laura Marling and Joan Baez, Megan has a unique sound. Megan on to win Sussex Young Folk Performer of 2014 and has supported The Oyster Band, Greg Russell and Ciaran Algar (BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award Winners), Martha Tilston, The Young Folk and Flossie Malavaille. Her first EP Withered Leaves was released in the Summer of 2014 and Megan continued to play at venues, festivals and events across the South and London. Megan released her 2nd EP Rhiver in October 2016, now working with a band Megan has more yet to come.
