CW WBCB uses four different idents for everyday use, which uses colors from CW's branding guidelines launched in 2024. The main general Station ID only shows up sporadically. This version is using the reverse of the main ident, with the "hot sauce" orange color in the background with the dark green logo. Its also the most difficult one to capture in its complete form as they usually show all their idents with the end cut off. ---- "CW WBCB" is the secondary affiliation of WFMJ-TV, a free-to-air television station owned by the Maag Family, the former publishers of "The Vindicator" newspaper. The station is licensed in Youngstown, Ohio, which covers the Mahoning Valley region in Ohio, as well as Mercer and Laurence counties in Western Pennsylvania. Despite its limited coverage area, the station is an originating CW station with programming supplied by WFMJ, instead of simulcasting CW's syndication service "CW Plus". The station is also one of the few remaining that are locally owned, with its main competitors WKBN-TV and WYTV being operated by Nexstar Media Group, which is CW's parent company. Although this CW station is under WFMJ's digital subchannel, the channel uses the unofficial call-sign "WBCB" for ratings and identification purposes, which they had been using since they are a cable-only channel during "The WB" days.
