August 2020 Bow River Falls is located in Banff National park in Alberta, Canada and the trail that leads to the falls will first bring you to beautiful Bow River where we took our time to enjoy the stunning turquoise water while Keenan tried to make friends with the birds along its banks. The path along the river leads to the pedestrian walkway where we took in the view of the mountains from that vantage point. Downtown Banff is a great place to check out quaint little shops, get a bite to eat or do some people watching while enjoying the mountain views. Fairview Lookout is a 2.3 km. loop in a densely forested area on a hiking trail in Lake Louise. It's a pretty steady climb up to the lookout point so you definitely need sturdy shoes to take the trek up.
