✏️ABOUT THIS CASE👇 A young patient, approximately 30 years old, came to my workplace with an ingrown and cystic toenail on the right hallux and spicules on the left hallux. Complete onychomycosis on the 3rd nail of the right toe and 1/3 of the nail affected on the distal part of both halluxes. I performed podological treatment, correcting the previous toenail clipping and performing a deep, thorough cleaning to decompress the lateral grooves. After the spiculoectomy, I performed debridement of the blister on the lateral side of the right hallux for healing, follow-up, and fast cicatrization. ....................................
