We took the Ferretti 860 out for a Test Drive & Walkthrough Tour so we could give your our honest review of the newest boat in their range. The Ferretti Yachts 860 is one of the few boats in the class that has a cinema room. But this is a cinema that can do over 30 knots because it’s fitted with a pair of 2,000hp MAN V12 engines. In this review and sea trial filmed during the 2022 Cannes Boat Show, Jack Haines gets the 860 out on the water to see how it performs and delivers a thorough walkthrough to show you all the most important features aboard this classy flybridge cruiser. The cinema room is one option, the other is to have a full-beam owner’s cabin amidships with three further guest cabins including a VIP ensuite. Outside, there is a spacious flybridge, a comfortable foredeck lounge and a cockpit with a glass transom for unbroken views out over the water from the dinette. The tender garage is large enough to swallow a Williams Sportjet 395 and a two-seater jet-ski.
