Dr. Foulad discusses a rhinoplasty case regarding a male patient who desired to de-rotate and de-project his nose. This gentleman presented with concern of an upturned nose and nasal obstruction. The over-rotation and over-projection of his nose was associated with excess nostril show and tenting of his upper lip. Due to the asymmetry of the nasal tip, the lip was tented upwards mainly on the right side. The patient is now ecstatic with his results and so are we! His final result will be further improved once the swelling further subsides.
