Yangzhou Fuxue was built on the west side of Wenhe River. In 1496 (the ninth year of Hongzhi in Ming Dynasty), Yangzhou Fu and Zhi Yeyuan were on the Wenhe River on the east side of Yangzhou Fuxue. Build Wenjin Bridge. In 1585 (the thirteenth year of Wanli), Cai Shiding, the salt historian of Lianghuai, added Wenchang Pavilion on Wenjin Bridge. It was a three-story octagonal building with a height of 24.25 meters and a round spire, dedicated to Emperor Wenchang. There is a plaque named "Hanwenshu", and the ground floor has arches on all four sides, which are connected to the street. You can overlook the street scenery from the building (the north is the Siwang Pavilion, and the west is the Tang Dynasty stone tower).
