The trailer for Final Fantasy Dissidia Duellum by Square Enix has dropped, and FF fans do not seem happy. I actually don't know the original fighting games, but I also don't think the anime cell-shaded Genshin Impact phone game aesthetic was the best idea either. With all due respect, it looks cheap and lazy to me. I think what fans wanted was characters like Cloud and Prompto to look the way they do in their AAA graphic games, and then fight each other. Instead we have a bunch of uwu deku catgirls isekai'd into a modern day city for gacha mobile action.
