Explore Ilulissat, Greenland with me in this walk-and-talk video as I walk through the streets of this charming city of Ilulissat, Greenland. Ilulissat means Icebergs. It has the biggest icebergs you'll see outside Antarctica. Ilulissat Icebergs come from Jakobshavn Glacier known as Ilulissat glacier, which is the world’s fasted glacier and moves up to 40 meters per day. The iceberg that sank the Titanic was probably born in Ilulissat. Ilulissat was founded in 1741. The population is approximately 4530. The midnight sun lasts between 27 May and 18 July. The sun never sets on the town of Ilulissat during this period.
