The Original Hinsons (sometimes referred to as The Singing Hinson Family) were a multi-award-winning Southern Gospel group that was formed in 1967 and was active until 1994. "Sing Out America" was privileged to tape a session of six Hinson songs for the program's first season on the CBN cable network back in 1981 and presents that session here for the first time! The Hinsons continue to be active today as a generational group, continuing to make their mark in gospel music as the "Original Hinsons" did in the 60's through the 90's as featured here with the late Kenny Hinson, his brother Ronnie and sister Yvonne taking turns singing the leads with nephew Eric Hinson completing the quartet!
