IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, the Anti-Cheat is still as annoying as ever, but hopefully it will soon be fixed for once. To bypass the Anti-Cheat, click OK, and then click Launch Game to be able to play skirmish. The Anti-Cheat will warn you once until it allows you to play. If you find the skirmish menu to be in Chinese despite using the English Launcher, resort to the old reliable manual labor: TC2 directory\Resources\GameOptions.ini From this point on, everytime before you start up TC2, you must replace this file with the English version to keep being able to read the game modifiers.
