LETTING GO || Humans. The story of a heartbreak (part 4)

This is the forth and final phase of a heartbreak or any kinda of struggle we might face in life. It might sound cold but really it's just a matter of getting used to it, getting used to your new life without the person that left. While going through the third phase we usually feel hopeless and confused, and it's hard for us to picture our future with a positive perspective. But in the end that future always comes, and it's great, just as great as that past we're afraid to let go was. Moving on is just matter of accepting the circumstances, becoming aware that we can't change them but we can decide how we react to them. Making the situation part of our life and part of who we are is what will lead us to feel happy again. Like everything else in life, even though this one's a little tougher, a heartbreak is just another learning experience, where we realize not only the importance of the people around us but also that we're stronger than we though we were.
