On Day 3 of the 2CV World Meeting 2025, we set out on a sold-out day trip through the enchanting region of Notranjska, Slovenia – a land of mysterious depths, crystal-clear streams, and endless green forests. Our journey took us along scenic gravel roads, over hills, and through peaceful valleys, leading to the magnificent Snežnik Castle, one of the most beautiful medieval castles in Slovenia. With a local guide sharing stories from its rich past, we were transported back in time. After immersing ourselves in history, we enjoyed a delicious traditional lunch before continuing on to Cerknica, famous for its vibrant carnival traditions and the remarkable disappearing lake. Surrounded by vast forests and karst landscapes, the trip was filled with nature, culture, and unforgettable moments.
