After the success of the Disney Princess brand, Disney created a Disney Fairies brand based off the character Tinkerbell. This included books, dolls, and an animated movie series. However, the development of the first Tinkerbell movie was a disaster behind the scenes, leading to a version of the movie getting scrapped late into its development. In this video, I tried to trace the timeline of the movie’s development, as well as reconstruct the movie’s plot based on trailers, concept art, and storyboards.
